Applications:
Aromatically: Add 3-4 drops in the glass diffuser of your choice. Diffuse with caution; it will irritate the nasal membranes if it is inhaled directly from the diffuser.
Internally: Generally recognized as safe (GRAS) for human consumption by the FDA (21CFR182.20). Dilute 1 drop of oil in 2 tsp. of honey or in 8 oz.of beverage (e.g. soy/rice milk). May need to increase dilution even more due to this oil’s potential for irritating mucous membranes.
Topically: Dilute heavily with a carrier oil of your choice (I recommend Fractionated Coconut Oil) or a blend with milder essential oils before applying it to the skin to minimize any skin sensitivity. Apply 1-2 drops to the forehead, muscles, reflex points, or directly to the area of concern.
Safety: Extreme skin sensitivity is probably. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant,
nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears,
face, and other sensitive areas
